- You’ll then be asked to enter your cell phone number. Enter your number and click the blue box that says “Send Link.”
- You’ll be sent a text message within just a couple of minutes that contains a link. Open the message and click the link.
- Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions and click “Get Started.”
- You’ll be asked to enter your name and select “OK.”
- You’ll then be asked what kind of vehicle you drive. You may enter your vehicle’s VIN number manually or scan it with your phone’s camera.
- You will now be asked to select the area of the car that has the damage.
- Next we’ll guide you through the process of taking photos of your car’s damage.
- Take your photos and upload them as directed.
Our collision center team will then send you a free estimate. If you wish to go through with the repairs after receiving your estimate, schedule an appointment or drop off your vehicle with us at your earliest convenience. We’ll even provide you with a loaner vehicle so you’ll have reliable transportation while we perform your repair work.
